Secretary

The secretary shall keep the records of all business meetings of the
SIG and meetings of the board, shall direct the distribution of minutes
and reports, shall work with other board members to communicate the
goals and objectives of the SIG as authorized by these Bylaws, provide
support to the vice president as needed and approve all documentation
in the absence of the President. The secretary's term begins January
1, 2008 and transitions to vice president on January 1, 2009, president
on January 1, 2010 and past president on January 1, 2011.
