" Lessons Learned for Healthcare Project Managers"

A project's "lessons learned" is oftentimes lost when a project team is reassigned. It is the project manager's responsibility to collect this valuable information and archive it for similar projects in the future. Healthcare SIG is pleased to announce a one hour, on-demand audio seminar designed for anyone interested in improving the value of lessons learned in a healthcare environment.
