September

Message
for Members
It
is an honor to serve as the President of the PMI Healthcare SIG, an organization
created to help enhance the skills and knowledge of its members. This
year we have focused primarily on volunteerism and providing additional
services to our members. While there is more to do this year, there has
been a lot of progress in these areas.
We are currently working on the member meeting for the PMI Global Congress.
We will be discussing accomplishments over the past year, what our plans
are for the remainder of 2007 and the goals for next year. If you are
able to attend, please make sure to submit your registration. Attendance
will allow you to meet other members of the SIG and talk specifically
about healthcare project management. There were many people from last
years meeting I crossed paths with this year . This clinical world we
live in is much smaller than we think, so the more we get to know one
another the better for everyone. I have been very impressed with all the
members I have come in contact with and I encourage you to expand your
horizons and meet then yourself at the member meeting in Atlanta! Healthcare,
in general, tends to attract caring people and our members are no exception.
We would love to see you, so please don't forget to register!
