Membership
The
Healthcare SIG is a newer organization, having been formed
in 2003. We currently have over 2000 members in more than
30 countries.
We're focused on helping members connect and to enrich their
lives through education. We have sponsored a variety of
education sessions in cities such as Nashville, Atlanta,
Chicago, Minneapolis and San Francisco with more to come:
- We offer audio-conferences and on-demand education videos.
We are trying to offer one education session per month
and that will be free to members and at a low cost to
nonmembers.
- We offer members monthly e-mail communication HealthcareSpeaks
to further education and keep members in the loop
on SIG happenings.
- Through agreements with several organizations we can
offer discounts for members to attend several educational
programs and seminars
- We are working on the redevelopment of the SIG's web
site, which will include a member's only secure area.
This member's only secure area will provide members with
free training materials, project templates and references,
a blogger and many other resources.
